Liz

Liz’s talent lies in unlocking senior executive leadership potential.  She is a fully qualified leadership Coach with over 20 years of experience as Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor.  She uses her ability to build trust and strong connections to create the conditions to drive deep self-awareness that fundamentally shifts behaviour and resulting performance.  

Liz’s brand is authentic and honest. Her warmth and understanding allow her to develop trust and rapport quickly, enabling her to support her Coaches as they step outside their comfort zone to take on a challenging new approach.  

With a background in commercial and HR management at Marks & Spencer and Accenture, Liz started her leadership coaching journey in Australia where she gained valuable global experience working across the Asia Pacific region before returning to the UK. She has extensive global, corporate experience working with leaders at all levels across a diverse range of organisations such as ABN Amro, Addleshaw Goddard, American Express, Barclays, Cable & Wireless, Cisco, Kelloggs, Lendlease, MiQ Digital, Reed Elsevier, Schroders, Symantec, Tate & Lyle and Visa. 

Tom

Tom is a senior leadership development specialist with 25 years experience in a range of global business environments. He offers high challenge coaching and consultancy focused on providing unique insights to leaders through behavioural observation. Specialisms include: behaviour and brand; clarifying purpose, vision and values; engaging others in embedding strategy; behavioural assessment for recruitment and performance.

He researches leadership approaches from a range of conventional and unconventional disciplines – world presidents; movie directors; air crash investigations - to help his clients think more broadly about what leadership is.  Tom has been privileged to work in a huge range of clients over the years, including the BBC; HSBC; Daf Trucks; Citi; the Sharp Corporation Japan; Cass Business School; Accenture; and Shell.

Jo

For over two decades specialising in programme planning and end-to-end logistics management, Jo thrives when at the hub of our client projects. She is resourceful, pragmatic and able to both understand the details as well as step back and see the big picture.

Quick cut through any ‘fog’ and see what’s important and what can be done to achieve this, Jo’s calm manner helps people enjoy what they’re doing. She is passionate about delighting her clients with what she delivers.

Don is a highly experienced business leader and leadership development specialist. Having worked in multicultural and diverse environments in six continents and 30 countries, he brings his unique understanding of business and leadership challenges in international environments to his role.  

Currently based in Singapore, Don thrives in when working with the complex dynamic of individuals, teams and organisations, using his strong interpersonal skills and intuitive approach to create engaging learning experiences.

He gives learners the space to explore their challenges and develop practical skills relevant for their journey. He probes and challenges sensitively to encourage new perspectives on their challenges, helping them to think and act differently to achieve their objectives.  He has worked across a wide range of business sectors, with companies such as Prudential, Barclays, Société Générale, Microsoft, Experian, GE, Total, Air France, Pullman Hotels and Bouygues Construction.
